LIGHTHOUSE YOGA LAUSANNE

The seed of this Community is planted when a group of women who attend the Kundalini Yoga classes given by Laura Miñano in Lausanne decided to immerse themselves in the Teacher Training that she organizes. Today we work and vibrate together from Lighthouse Yoga Lausanne.

At Lighthouse Yoga Lausanne we share the vision of Kundalini Yoga and meditation as tools for awareness and personal development. We believe that we all have an inner teacher who guides us to use our own intuition. Femininity as a sacred element of nature, united and  complementing the sacred masculine. We invite you to our classes, to your own constant personal evolution. In our welcoming community, we hope you will find refuge and support, understanding and motivation, silence and vibration.
