“Kundalini Yoga is uncoiling yourself to find your potential and your vitality and to reach for your virtues. There is nothing from outside. Try to understand that. All is in you. You are the storehouse of your totality. ” Yogi Bhajan

Kundalini Yoga is a type of Raja Yoga. It is an ancient tradition that has travelled through time orally from Master to student. In the 60s, Yogi Bhajan voyaged from India to the United States. Once there he decided to share the ancient knowledge and make it available for the wellbeing of many.

Ruled by the Pantajali eight limbs, Kundalini Yoga is a Mind, Body and Soul practice that includes Kriyas with Asanas, Pranayama Breathing Techniques as well as Relaxation and Meditation in every class.  Through the energy work, the students access to a higher consciousness and self-knowledge and development.

The kundalini kriyas work on strengthening the nervous system, balancing the glandular system and purifying the body. The mind is calmer.
